Welcome to EKT Smart, the official mobile application of Elegant Kitchen Trading (“EKT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the EKT Smart app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our application.
1. About EKT Smart
EKT Smart is designed for customers of Elegant Kitchen Trading, a company specializing in selling kitchen equipment, spare parts, and providing kitchen equipment maintenance services in Qatar.
The app offers the following features:
- Loyalty card management
- Special offers and promotions
- Recent sales transaction records
2. Eligibility
To use the EKT Smart app, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- Be a customer or potential customer of EKT.
3. Account Registration
- Some features may require creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- You agree to provide accurate and updated information at all times.
4. Loyalty Card & Offers
- Loyalty points are awarded at EKT’s discretion based on qualifying purchases.
- Points, offers, and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- EKT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
5. Recent Sales Transactions
- The sales transaction data displayed in the app is for reference only and may not reflect pending adjustments or corrections.
- For official receipts, please contact our customer service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app’s services.
- Misuse promotions, loyalty points, or offers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs in the app are owned by Elegant Kitchen Trading and are protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
EKT will not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Errors or inaccuracies in sales transaction data.
- Loss of loyalty points due to system errors or program termination.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app, and continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Qatar.
